Century Farms is a 300+ acre, mixed-use, master-planned development of great local and regional impact, located along Interstate 24 in southeast Davidson County.

The development, which will feature a wide variety of major retail, office, multifamily and entertainment uses, has achieved zoning for more than 25,000,000 square feet of space and is centered around a brand new, full-access, Century Farms Parkway (Exit 60) interchange, which opened to the public in early 2022.

The development is already home to Community Health Systems (CHS), who operates a 6-story, office building on-site, which currently houses approximately 2,000 employees. Other recently completed projects include HCA Healthcare's new Free Standing Emergency Department, which opened in Summer 2021, as well as TDK's upscale, 212-unit Vintage Century Farms apartment complex, which is currently in the leasing phase. TDK is set to follow that $40 million development up with another 217-unit apartment complex.  In addition, Century Farms is set to become the new home to Major League Soccer's Nashville SC, who is currently building a state-of-the-art training facility and team headquarters within the development. 

Centrally located in the heart of Nashville's fastest growing corridor, just 10 miles Southeast of Downtown, and extremely accessible to a 4-county area, Century Farms is ideally suited for major office, retail and multifamily uses alike.
